REAVER - LAUNCHES ON JULY 10TH

Coming Soon

Skybound Comics are soon to release the bloody grindhouse story for every fantasy fiend. REAVER is the tale of six of the worst prisoners in a faraway kingdom going on a mission to stop an evil wizard’s plot. I could go into further detail, but I’ll leave that the stories creator; Justin Jordan:
‘’The continent of Madaras once promised a new start for settlers, but 200 years after its discovery, the war rages on. Deep within this savage and untamed land, a darkness builds at that must be stopped at all costs. To do so, the Imperials assemble six of its most despicable prisoners-a turncoats, a skin eater, a sorcerer and his bodyguard, a serial killer, and the Devil’s Son-the only ones who can stop the end of the new world. They are Hell’s Half-Dozen’’
Justin Jordan and Rebekah Isaacs have a dark, grim fantasy for the freshly desensitized post-Game of Thrones world. After a very tight lipped and non-exploratory interview with Bleeding Cool, the creators did say that their newest work, Reaver, will in stores and online from Wednesday, July 10th.

Reaver variant cover.

SWAMP THING AIRS!

Swamp Thing made his comic debut in 1971 and has been written by the likes of Alan Moore, Mark Millar, Scott Snyder, and Brian K. Vaughan. Wes Craven adapted the character into a film in 1982 which spawned a sequel seven years later and a USA Network series that ran in the early 90s for three seasons.

Well, he's back. The DC Universe’s regular is getting his own updated show and season one has already begun! You can check it out on the CD Universe's streaming service.

Looking good...

With a star studded familiar cast, Swamp Thing boast Andy Bean who stars as Alec Holland, Will Patton as Avery Sutherland, Crystal Reed as Abby Arcane, Marie Sten as Liz Tremayne, Jeryl Prescott as Madame Xanadu, Jennifer Beals as Sheriff Lucilia Cable, Virginia Madsen as Maria Sunderland, Henderson Wade as Matt Cable, Kevin Durand as Jason Woodtrue/Floronic Man, and Leonardo Nam as Harlan EdwardsThe lead role of Swamp Thing is played by The Flash’s Derek Mears.

The show is aiming to be scary and R-Rated violent, and it follows Alan Moore’s series run, something that fans are appreciating.

IRON MAN PITTED AGAINST MACHINE MAN IN ULTRON AGENDA

Following the Rage of Ultron event, the evil mass artificial intelligence saw himself mentally and physically bonded with Hank Pym/Ant-Man, his creator. He then took on the name Ultron Pym/Pymtron, combining both of their strengths. The comic issue, "Unite or Perish" might give some clue to the plot of Ultron Agenda, as the phrase invokes the Ultron Virus which integrates those who come into contact with it into the sinister A.I.'s hive mind, but that awaits confirmation.
The teaser.

The Ultron Agenda will hit shelves September 2019. The teaser for the comic features a piece of promotional artwork by Mike Deodato Jr. The art shows Tony Stark/Iron Man facing off against Ultron. Above the title of the book is the phrase "Unite or Perish."
Marvel Comics has revealed the specifics behind Ultron Agenda teaser as an upcoming story arc in the Tony Stark: Iron Man series. But instead of the Armoured Avenger squaring off against Ultron, the main antagonist is Machine Man leading a "Robot Uprising" of the Marvel Universe's artificial intelligence.

The starting issue of Ultron Agenda, Tony Stark: Iron Man #16 and will also pull in supporting character Jocasta, which will be especially interesting considering her connection to the villain Ultron.
