First, thank you for your continued support! It is because of you that we exist at all, so thank you for your support and efforts! We deeply appreciate you all. Because we appreciate you, Mythworks is continuously working to improve. We have many great things to come this year!
In order to upgrade our service to you, we have changed shipping partners for The US and Canada. We are thankful to our previous partner for all the growth we achieved together, and the things that we learned through our time collaborating for your benefit. That said, we made this change because we heard your feedback and are working hard to listen and improve.
In addition to our development in fulfillment partners, we’re also bringing on board another team member to increase responsivity to potential issues within the supporter experience. If you’ve been to a show (or the Wild Words Discord server) in the past year, you’ll probably recognize the friendly face of Caleb Tursky aka MrFishy! Caleb is set up with some inventory, cardboard, and a thermal printer. From his place, he’ll be working part time to fulfill replacement packages from his personal HQ in Wisconsin.
All of these changes were done with you, the supporters, in mind. We hope to provide smoother shipping, more affordable rates, a more responsive supporter experience, reliable delivery timelines, and fewer bumps in the road overall. Once again, thanks so much for supporting us! Any and all feedback you have for us is treasured as we are always determining avenues of growth and development.
